Return Policy

We at Brahmionline put in our best efforts to ensure high degree of customer delight. However in a rare event that you find your order not satisfactory, you can return the order fully or partially.

Under what circumstances the ordered products can be returned?

You can return the ordered products if:

  • The item ordered does not match the quantity
  • A wrong item is sent
  • Product delivered has expired its date or three months before the expiry date mentioned
  • Products received in a damaged or unusable condition

What is the time limit for raising a return request?

Customers need to communicate to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product via email or call on our customer care number 91-8660501245 and follow up in writing.

Can I return partially or fully?

You can return the entire order or return few items of the order.

What is the process for return?

  1. Customers need to communicate to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product via email or call during our working hours on 91-8660501245 with snapshots of the damaged/ incorrect product and the outer packaging. You also need to provide us proof of purchase.
  2. Once Brahmionline customer care verifies your claim and accepts the claim, you must return the products forthwith. Returned products need to reach our office address in Bangalore within 10 business days.
  3. You need to arrange to send back the products on your own. Please send us the shipment details once done. Brahmionline does not have return pick up facility at this time.
  4. Customers are required to send back products with its original packaging and also with its tags and seal intact.
  5. Products sold under knockout offers, 1+1 offer, or free items cannot be taken back.
  6. Refunds are in the form of Store Credit Voucher that can be utilized in a future purchase on our website.
  7. Taxes, GST, duty etc are not refundable.
  8. Expenses incurred by customers in returning the products are not
  9. Please note that exchange of the product is subject to availability of the particular product. We may offer a different item in exchange, after discussing with you.
  10. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc)
  11. Refund may take 10-12 days after we receive the products back.
