Millex Ragi (Finger Millet) Idli mix made from fine blend of Finger millet, Bengal Gram Dal, Cashew Nut, Salt, Curry leaves, Mustard, Semolina, Ginger etc which makes perfect substitute for ordinary rice Idli.
Healthy and Tasty RAGI IDLI made of Traditional and Ancient Grains.
Just add curd and water. Ready in 15 minutes.
Tastes best with coconut chutney.
Cooking Method:
Step 1: Add 1 measure Mix to 1/2 measure sour curd and set aside for 5 minutes
Step 2: Add 1 more measure of sour curd. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Steam the batter in an Idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 minutes on medium -high flame. Serve hot.

Suggestion: You can keep grated carrot or tomato slice in the Idly plates before pouring the batter. Use fermented curd. Do not use Termeric or Haldi while cooking.
